The builder’s in-house lender wasn’t able to approve this buyer, so we had to talk to another lender that would be able to qualify him and for the amount he needed to purchase his dream home. He got a pre-approved, but it was right under the price of the home he wanted to buy. Luckily, the price dropped in his favor the next day and we were able to secure a $26,300 credit from the builder! 👩🏽💼📈
