This one almost got away since Wells Fargo told my veteran buyer that they were no longer qualified half way through the buying process. Apparently, the loan officer didnโt thoroughly review the application of the buyer enough prior to releasing their loan pre-approval letter. Thatโs another reason NOT to work with big banks when getting a mortgage loan.
Anyways, I donโt really accept NO for an answer. Well, not at least until Iโve exhuasted all the possible solutions to make it work. I made some calls and luckily, we found a lender wearing a hero cape and he was able to help my buyer keep this house!
