The builder’s in-house lender wasn’t able to approve this buyer, so we had to talk to another lender that would be able to qualify him and for the amount he needed to purchase his dream home. He got a pre-approved, but it was right under the price of the home he wanted to buy. Luckily, the price dropped in his favor the next day and we were able to secure a $26,300 credit from the builder! 👩🏽💼📈

These brothers were not able to secure a loan for the home that they were originally under contract with. I found them this more affordable, brand-new home in a newer community just south of Orlando but the in-house lender was not able to approve them as well. So I found them another lender that was able to make it happen and we were still able to negotiate 25K closing credits from the builder! On top of that, they were able to lock in an interest rate of over 1% lower than the market rate! Woohoo! 🎉🍾🥂
