Jefre Pop Up Art Exhibit
I happened to be walking through @themallatmillenia and noticed someone I thought was a Filipino standing in the doorway of the old Urban Outfitters. It was @jefre_artist! The Filipino-American artist that designed the humungous sculpture that will be in Jacksonville. 🇵🇭 🇺🇸
He also has art in the Lake Nona Town Center, Miami, New Orleans, Philadelphia, San Antonio and even internationally in London, Abu Dhabi and Manila, Philippines.
He’s hosting a free, solo Pop Up Art Show in the old Urban Outfitters location at The Mall at Millenia that goes from now through Jan 6, 2022! It’s open from Wednesday-Sunday 11am-7pm. Towards the end of the reel, you’ll see a small scale version of a sculpture he did that’s actually in my hometown, Naga City, and it has my family name on it! It’s so cool, I can’t wait to see the full scale version next time I go home to Philippines! 👨🏼🎨🎨
