  • RHINO SECURITY DEPOSIT INSURANCE (REQUIRED) – Rhino replaces your traditional security deposit with smart, affordable security deposit insurance. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Everything is processed online. Please make sure you read through all above info. Application turn around time is 1-3 business days.

  1. To get the link to the application email your Full Name, Phone Number, Email, and a copy of your Drivers License or other valid government issued ID (required) with the subject as: Link to Tandem Application to info@homesbyrau.com.
  2. After completing the application form, applicants will receive a link for a credit check, which takes no more than 1 minute to finish. They will need to pay $1.95 for the credit report.
  3. To follow up after successfully submitting your application, please email your Full Name, Phone Number and Email with the subject as: Tandem Application Submitted to info@homesbyrau.com.
  4. We will reach out to you once we have a result for your application to confirm your desired move in date.

NEXT STEPS AFTER APPLICATION APPROVAL:

  1. Once the application and credit check are approved, applicants will receive details about Rhino and the amount required for the deposit. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive this email.
  2. Process your payment to reserve your unit. This takes up to 3 business days to verify. Upon payment of the Rhino deposit, applicants will receive the lease contract along with information about the payment amounts for the first month’s fee and the lease fee. No Payment is accepted onsite.
  3. Contact OUC at 407-423-9018 to transfer electricity connection at least 48 hours before your move in date. (OUC takes up to 48 hours to process the transfer) You will need to show your lease contract to transfer the utilities into your name.
  4. Once your OUC account is setup, email a copy of the receipt of payment and confirmation of the start of service with the name of the tenant and address of the unit to info@homesbyrau.com – this is required before you get access to your unit.   5. When we confirm you have completed all above steps, we will send you information regarding picking up your keys and moving in. Usually the pick up of keys is at 5:30 pm on the day of your move in date.
